to pay the income of my estate to the chichester and district dog rescue society to be used for the permanent sterilisation of stray or homeless dogs or cats (male or female). should money no longer be required for the prevention of unplanned puppies and kittens then the income of my estate shall be paid to the chichester and district dog rescue society.to hold the capital of my estate upon trust to pay the same to the chichester and district dog rescue society for the specific purchase of land or buildings by that society for kennels on condition that there is space for a cattery incorporated therein. should no such purchase by the chichester and district dog rescue society take place within 25 years of the date of my death then my trustees shall hold the residue of the trust fund upon trust for such charitable organisation staffed by voluntary workers with the aim of the direct relief of suffering in animals as my trustees shall in their absolute discretion think fit.
