the cio will further the following charitable purposes:(1) the relief of those with a charitable need in particular but not exclusively by promoting the rehabilitation of offenders, and those at risk of offending and re-offending; people suffering with mental or other health issues; and people suffering from physical disabilities – promoting their good health and wellbeing; (2) the promotion of social inclusion for the public benefit by preventing people from becoming socially excluded, relieving the needs of those people who are socially excluded and assisting them to integrate into society. being excluded from society, or part of society, as a result of being a member of a socially and economically deprived community;(3) the provision, or assisting in the provision, of facilities in the interests of social welfare for recreation or other leisure time occupation of individuals who have need of such facilities by reason of their youth, age infirmity or disability, financial hardship or social circumstances with the object of improving their conditions of life;(4) the advancement of education including the provision of training and improving the skills and capabilities of people in particularly those looking for employment, education or training opportunities;all by promoting increased participation in angling and activities associated with angling (including angling coaching) with the aim of improving people's lives and their environment.
