"the company has been established for public benefit:- to provide or assist in the provision of facilities in the interests of social welfare for recreation or other leisure time occupation of individuals who have need of such by reason of their youth, age, infirmity or disability, financial hardship or social circumstances with the object of improving their conditions of life; and/or- to promote and preserve good health through community participation in healthy recreation; and/or- the provision and maintenance of community facilities for use by the public at large without distinction of political, religious or other opinions including use for:a) meetings, lectures and classes; andb) other forms of recreation and leisure time occupation with the object of improving the conditions of life for the inhabitants;- to advance in life young people through:c) the provision of recreational and leisure time activities provided in the interests of social welfare, designed to improve their condition of life;d) providing support and activities which develop their skills, capacities and capabilities to enable them to participate in society as mature and responsible individuals;- to advance education through the provision and maintenance of a museum and/or art gallery;- to advance and support education through the provision of a library, learning and information centres;- pursue such other charitable purposes consistent with the above as the trustees in their absolute discretion shall determine (together ""the objects"")."
