3.1 the objects of the cio are the advancement of education in wales and the united kingdom and in any other part of the world through (but not limited to):(a) mutual cultural and educational understanding;(b) sharing of information between educators and others in such countries;(c) collaborations between educational establishments and any persons interested in furthering education at such establishments including but without limiting the scope of the same, other educational establishments such as colleges, universities and schools, philanthropists and other donors in order to improve educational standards in participating countries and raise the international profile of education delivered in wales and the united kingdom.
