the charitable objects of the tide foundation - technology and innovation for developing economies (the foundation) are:(a) the prevention and relief of poverty or financial hardship, the advancement of education and the promotion of sustainable development by furthering the entrepreneurial ecosystem and by providing support to innovative micro-, small- and medium-sized entrepreneurs in developing and emerging economies as a means to developing viable businesses that generate economic and social value, creating job opportunities enabling persons to live a productive, healthy and dignified life, achieving sustainable economic growth and generating social and economic development including, without limitation, by: (i) providing or assisting in the provision of education, training, mentorship and support in subjects relevant to, micro-, small- and medium-sized entrepreneurs; (ii)undertaking and supporting research into subjects relevant to, micro-, small- and medium-sized entrepreneurs;(iii)providing micro-, small- and medium-sized entrepreneurs access to finance.(b) to promote and assist such other charitable objects and charitable organisations as the foundation may from time to time consider desirable.
