the company is set up to operate as a community land trust as defined in section 79 of the housing and regeneration act 2008 on a not for profit basis for the public benefit in the community of tibberton parish (the ?area of benefit?) and the company?s objects (?objects?) are specifically restricted to the following: 1) the provision of housing, accommodation, assistance to help house people and associated facilities and amenities for those in need by reason of financial hardship on terms appropriate to their means.2) the provision and maintenance of a village hall for the use of the inhabitants of the area of benefit without distinction of political opinion, race, religion, sexuality or gender including use for meetings, lectures and classes and other forms of recreation and leisure-time occupation.3) the establishment, maintenance, improvement or provision of public amenities and community facilities for the benefit of the inhabitants of the area of benefit without distinction as to sex, sexual orientation, race or political, religious or other opinions by associating together said inhabitants to provide facilities in the interests of social welfare for recreation leisure time occupation with the object of improving the conditions of life of the inhabitants.
