3.0 the objects of the charity are, for the public benefit:-3.1 to advance the islamic religion, by means of, but not exclusively, promoting the teachings and tenets of islam, through provision of worship, rites of passage, and provision of facilities for islamic education in accordance with the teachings of the holy qur'an and the sunnah of the prophet muhammad (pbuh) as defined and interpreted by the classical islamic orthodoxy the unbroken tradition of the majority of muslims for the majority of history globally known as the ahle sunnah wal jamaa?ah as enshrined, adhered and promoted by the ?ulema, saints, jurists, theologians, imams and scholars of the sunni hanafi-barelwi school of thought of the asian subcontinent;3.2 to advance education for the public benefit by means of, but not exclusively, through the provision of scriptural, cultural and spiritual educational activities as well as organising educational supplementary support and facilitating language classes, aiming to raise the educational awareness of the public in the history and culture of islam as well contributing to wider education and organising other community learning and skills programmes for the benefit of both muslims and non-muslims;3.3 the prevention or relief of poverty or financial hardship anywhere in the world by providing or assisting in the provision of education, training, healthcare, food, basic necessities, clean water, shelter projects and all the necessary support designed to enable individuals to generate a sustainable income and be self-sufficient providing: grants, items and services to individuals in need and/or charities, or other organisations working to prevent or relieve poverty irrespective of their nationality, race, ethnic origin and religious belief;3.4 to promote for the benefit of the inhabitants and the surrounding area the provision of facilities for recreation or other leisure-time occupation of individuals who have need of such facilities by reason of their youth, age, infirmity, disability, financial hardship or social and economic circumstances of the public at large in the interests of social welfare with the object of improving the condition of life of the said inhabitants.3.5 the promotion of religious harmony for the benefit of the public by promoting knowledge and mutual understanding and respect of the beliefs and practices of different religious faiths to the public highlighting shared values and common interests to help promote good relations between persons of different faiths;3.6 to do all such other lawful things as are necessary for the attainment of the above objects or any of them.
