to promote social inclusion for the public benefit by working with pre-school children in gwynedd who are excluded form society, or parts of society, due to poor educational or skills attainment and/or disability, to relieve the needs of such children and assist them to integrate into society, in particular by:(1) providing advice and assistance to pre-school playgroups in gwynedd to enable them to include such children in the groups;(2) providing financial support to pre-school playgroups on gwynedd to employ additional helpers to assist such children:(3) raising public awareness of the issues affecting children with disabilities and their families;(4) providing workshops, training and general support to pre-school playgroups and parents/guardians of pre-school children in gwynedd.
