the promotion of social inclusion among deaf people in the local community of east london and the surrounding area who are socially excluded from society, or parts of society, as a result of being deaf by:1.raising public awareness of the issues affecting deaf people, both generally and in relation to their social exclusion;2.providing bsl workshops for both those who are deaf and the hearing community; and3.providing recreational facilities and opportunities for deaf people to integrate with the hearing community.â€
