1) payment of a yearly sum of ·50 or such other sum as the commissioners from time to time approve to the vicar for the time being of the ecclesiastical parish of st. john the baptist, hannington for preaching a yearly sermon on mortality 2) during such period as there is no vicar as aforesaid the trustees shall make the said yearly payment to the priest for the time being in charge of the said ecclesiastical parish 3)subject to the payments aforesaid the trustees shall apply the income of the charity as the think fit for any charitable purposes in the parishes of hannington, inglesham, highworth, stanton fitzwarren, blunsdon st. leonards, castle eaton, and the neighbourhood thereof, with a preference for the said parish of hannington 4) if and in so far as income cannot be applied in manner aforesaid in the area of benefit then the same may be applied in like manner in the borough of thamesdown the objects for which the charity is established are specifically restricted to: any charitable purposes in the area of benefit; if and in so far as income cannot be applied in manner aforesaid in article 2.1 in the area of benefit then the same may be applied in like manner in the borough of swindon.
