the objects of the charity are:(1) subject to sub clause (3) of this clause, the advancement of education of theinhabitants;(2) in so far as the income of the charity is not required for the object in subclause (1) of this clause, it may be applied the general benefit of theinhabitants is such charitable ways as the trustee think fit including benefitsfor the beneficiaries;(3) the land identified in the schedule to this scheme must be both retained andmaintained by the trustee for use for provision of almshouse accommodationfor beneficiaries.
