the charity’s objects are for the public benefit, principally in the uk but also outside the uk as the trustees see fit:(1) to promote and protect the physical and mental health of sufferers of male related cancers in the uk through the provision of financial assistance, support, education and practical advice (2) to advance the education of the general public in all areas relating to male related cancers (3) to relieve the mental and physical sickness of persons and their families resident in the uk suffering from male related cancers by the provision of counselling and support for such persons. (4) to relieve financial hardship, either generally or individually, of people affected by male related cancers in the uk by making grants of money for providing or paying for items services or facilities (5) to provide grants to other charities for research, diagnosis and treatment of male related cancers.’
