to relieve or prevent poverty and to promote and protect the good health of vulnerable adults for the public benefit in hertfordshire in particular but not exclusively those that have been marginalised due to learning disabilities, mental health, homelessness and / or substance misuse by the following means:-a)providing safe, supported living accommodation; b)helping the beneficiaries to find meaningful employment via social enterprises and / or local businesses;c)providing access to relevant education and training facilities; andd)providing access to relevant medical services for both mental health and physical health.
