the objects of the cio are for the public benefit:1.1.1 to advance the education of the public on matters relating to human health, animal welfare and the environment in such ways that the trustees see fit;1.1.2 to promote the prevention and relief of sickness by (but not limited to) educating the public on the health risks associated with excessive meat consumption, in particular bowel cancer;1.1.3 to promote humane behavior towards animals farmed for meat consumption by educating the public in matters of animal welfare in relation to intensive farming methods, and the prevention of cruelty and suffering among those animals.1.1.4 to promote the conservation, protection and improvement of the physical and natural environment.
