"income to be used for the benefit of nurses with a preference for nurses in liverpool and district. grants for the benefit of retired matrons and nurses in need of assistance towards meeting the cost of their housing accommodation. to provide for 4 weeks free convalesence or rest for a nurse. funds transferred to the nations fund for nurses: ca 85 s.3 resolution for the benefit of nurses of whom the sick and aged shall be given the prior rights of benefit from this bequest. assisting aged and/or indigent nurses (infirmary or hospital trained) in england with preference for those who have worked in lancashire or cheshire. hospital treatment and nursing of sick nurses in the administrative borough of croydon, county of london and certain civil parishes or townships in sussex. pensions to, or otherwise relieving, qualified nurses with a preference for those qualified nurses whose health has been impaired by work of national importance during the great war or who are in financial distress in consequence (whether directly or indirectly) of the great war. for assistance of qualified nurses who are members of the church of england, in providing a change of air or holiday or in paying all or part of expenses of maintenance at a convalescent home or other institution. income for the benefit of qualified nurses with a preference for those whose halth has been impaired by the great war or who are in financial distress in consequence ( whether directly or indirectly ) of the great war the trustees shall apply the clear income of the fund in enabling nurses recovering from illness or accident who are in need of recuperative treatment rest of holiday to obtain these benefits.
