the charity’s objects (“objects”) are specifically restricted to the relief of sickness and the promotion of health in particular by:(1)advancing awareness of cancer in the local community in leicester;(2)promoting and teaching the community how to identify signs and symptoms of cancer;(3)raising funds towards the purchase of equipment related to cancer prevention and treatment;(4)supporting research and clinical trials or other processes in relation to prevention, treatment and care of cancer;(5)providing grants out of any income or capital to support organisations who provide support to cancer patients and their family and friends; and(6)providing grants for other organisation to promote and advance the awareness of cancer.
