the cio is established to (a) to provide or assist in the provision of facilities and services for the public benefit for recreational, sporting or other leisure time occupation in the interests of social welfare, health improvement, community development and/or (b) to promote community participation in healthy activity and/or (c) to advance the education of the public in the benefit of healthy lifestyles and/or(d) to advance the arts, culture and heritage and/or (e) such other charitable purposes beneficial to the community consistent with the objects above as the trustees shall in their absolute discretion determine.nothing in this constitution shall authorise an application of the property of the cio for the purposes which are not charitable in accordance with section 7 of the charities and trustee investment (scotland) act 2005 and section 2 of the charities act (northern ireland) 2008
