the charity’s objects (‘objects’) are specifically restricted to the following for the public benefit: 1. to advance the education of girls aged 5 to 15 years old who would not otherwise receive a formal or vocational education. 2. to advance the education of the public about the subjects of forced marriage and female genital mutilation in particular by: (i) informing girls aged 10 to 15 years old who may be at risk of forced marriage or genital mutilation of their legal rights and their options; (ii) educating the families and communities of such girls about the subjects; (iii) educating policy makers, the media and other opinion formers about the subjects; and (iv) commissioning research on all aspects of the subjects and publishing the useful results.
