Objects:

(1) the relief of poverty, sickness, suffering, distress, disability or destitution in such ways as are exclusively charitable, in particular (but without limiting the generality of the foregoing) by providing assistance and support to people who are in need as a result of the following:(a) natural disasters including, but not limited to, flood, drought, fire, heatwave, landslide, storm, tornado and earthquake;(b) emergencies, including emergencies occasioned by accident;(c) any effects of adverse climate change; or(d) any unexpected situations of a like nature to those contemplated by paragraphs (a), (b) and (c) of this article that arise and which threaten, or could threaten, life or property; and (2) any other charitable purpose which the trustees may from time to time select.nothing in these articles shall authorise an application of the charity's property for purposes which are not charitable in accordance with section 7 of the charities and trustee investment (scotland) act 2005 and/or section 2 of the charities act (northern ireland) 2008.
