the objects of the cio are to provide a home, educational and work opportunities, based on orthodox protestant christian values as summarised in schedule 1, for the benefit of people with learning disabilities, who have expressed the desire to be supported in a provision which promotes their spiritual, material and mental welfare, and is tailored to their individual needs, and which promotes independent living and life skills development to the extent possible.
