"the charity's objects are specifically restricted to:3.1 the prevention or relief of poverty, including without limitation by promoting the relief of unemployment for the benefit of the public in disadvantaged areas of southern africa and elsewhere;3.2 promoting sustainable development for the benefit of the public by:3.2.1 the relief of poverty and the improvement of the conditions of life in socially and economically disadvantaged communities;3.2.2 the promotion of sustainable means of achieving economic growth and regeneration; and3.2.3 the preservation, conservation and the protection of the environment and the prudent use of resources; and3.3 advancing the education of the public in subjects relating to the prevention or relief of poverty and the promotion of sustainable development.3.4 in this clause ""sustainable development"" means development which meets the needs of the present without compromising the ability of future generations to meet their own needs."
