the object of the charity is to educate the public in the dramatic and performing arts, to further the development of the public's appreciation and taste in the said arts, to assist and further such charitable institutions and charitable purposes as the committee shall from time to time determine.for the public benefit, the charity will achieve its object in particular but not exclusively by(a)commissioning, developing and presenting theatre and other performance arts;(b)ensuring that any artistic activity encourages equality and diversity in terms of race, gender, disability , sexual orientation or religion.
