to make such grants and donations to such registered charities or to individuals for such purposes as are charitable according to the laws of england and wales as the trustees shall think fit for the benefit of the following:1. children under the age of 18 who are acting as carers for disabled parents or siblings;2. children suffering from a mental or physical illness of any description including those with incurable illnesses resident in a hospital or hospice 3. members of the armed forces who require rehabilitation from serious injury; and4. any professional or amateur jockey injured in the course of a race or who has ever been injured at a time when he or she was a licensed jockey.
