the cio is established for the following objects(1) to promote social inclusion for the public benefit of people within the area of benefit by: preventing people from becoming socially excluded, and relieving the needs of those who are socially excluded, as a result of their age, sexual orientation or gender-reassignment; providing facilities and opportunities for recreation and education for such people in the interests of social welfare, in order to improve their conditions of life; (2) to promote and preserve the physical and mental health of people within the area of benefit who are disadvantaged by age, and sexual orientation or gender-reassignment for the benefit of the public, by providing information, advice and emotional support.
