the charitable purposes of the company are the advancement of education in and the improvement in the practice of neurological surgery together with the diffusion of such knowledge throughout the world for the public benefit and the benefit of the community generally, and with a view thereto: (i) to print, electronically produce or reproduce, publish, procure the publication of and circulate disseminate journals currently published under the style or title of ?the british journal of neurosurgery? and such other publications as may be appropriate for the promotion of the objects of the charity. (ii) to provide for the delivery and holding of lectures, demonstrations, exhibitions, classes and conferences seminars or symposiums and present awards and prizes for articles publications and papers presented toand published by the charity. (iii) to propagate information research inventions and advances in technology investigations and clinical management in relation to neurological surgery. (iv) to carry out research and mentoring tuition and advancement and assistance generally for the relief of sickness of persons suffering from neurological disorders. (v) to promote for the benefit of the community above by associating with voluntary and other organisations and individuals with particular skills to advance their education and disseminate knowledge amongst them.
