"the objects of the cio are:-a)the promotion of community participation in education and healthy recreation in particular by the provision of facilities and participation opportunities for the playing of football for young people up to the age of 18 living in braintree essex and the surrounding area (hereinafter called the ""area of benefit""), in particular by operation and management of a football academy ; and to advance in life and help young people through (i) the provision of recreational and leisure time activities provided in the interest of social welfare designed to improve their conditions of life; and (ii) providing support and activities which develop their skills, capacities and capabilities to enable them to participate in society as mature and responsible individuals.b)to promote in the area of benefit the provision of facilities for, recreation, sport or other leisure-time occupation of individuals who have need of such facilities by reason of their youth, age, infirmity or disablement, financial hardship or social or economic circumstances and for the public at large in the interests of healthy life styles, social welfare and with the object of increasing accessibility and of advancing education, sport and improving the condition of life of the said inhabitants"
