Objects:
the objects of the charity ('the objects') are:(a) the trustee shall hold the trust fund and the income thereof upon trust for charitable application absolutely.(b) the trust fund shall be applied for such charitable institutions, objects or purposes as the trustees shall in its absolute discretion from time to time determine, but subject to such approvals or consents as may for the time being be prescribed by law or in the regulations set out in the trust deed as amended from time to time [nothing in this deed shall authorise an application of the property of the charity for purposes which are not charitable in accordance with section 7 of the charities and trustee investment (scotland) act 2005 and/or section 2 of the charities act (northern ireland) 2008.]
