the advancement of the christian religion in accordance with uk law by:(1) providing a place of worship that is multi-ethnic and cross- generational for the public benefit in accordance with christian principles, particularly in (but not limited to) london , surrey and west midlands to promote racial harmony;(2) conducting outreach work through counselling and the provision of advice to members of the community in accordance to the christian faith for the public benefit to advance community development in particular (but not limited to) london, surrey and west midlands by; (3) raising awareness and understanding of christian beliefs and principles through the arts by providing platforms across the uk, in (but not limited to) london, surrey and west midlands for all means of artistic expression in particular (but not limited to) music, dance, theatre, photography and painting in accordance with the principles of the christian religion for the public benefit; (1) the provision of practical teaching to all members of the public on the christian faith including its history, its foundation and its principles as delivered via organised gatherings and web based channels;(2) the provision of pastoral counselling in areas in particular (but not limited to) marriage, family, finance and employment; and(3) the provision of shelter for members of the public in abusive or dangerous situations in areas across the uk including (but not limited to) london, surrey & west midlands.nothing in this constitution shall authorise an application of the property of the cio for the purposes which are not charitable in accordance with [section 7 of the charities and trustee investment (scotland) act 2005] and [section 2 of the charities act (northern ireland) 2008].
