3.1. the objects of the cio are 3.2. the relief of hardship, need or distress of those who may be in need of help (whether now or in the future) as a result of the april 2015 nepal earthquake and the aftershocks in accordance with charity law.3.3. for charitable purposes in one or more of the following ways:3.3.1. to help those who suffer in similar tragedies (including famine and pestilence);3.3.2. to benefit charities with related purposes; and3.3.3. to help the locality affected by this tragedy.3.4. nothing in this constitution shall authorise an application of the property of the cio for the purposes which are not charitable in accordance with section 7 of the charities and trustee investment (scotland) act 2005 and section 2 of the charities act (northern ireland) 2008.
