the objects of the charity are for the public benefit to:2.1 advance in life and relieve the needs of young persons who are disadvantaged and socially excluded;2.2 relieve unemployment of persons in need, including by:2.2.1 providing, encouraging and assisting in the creation and provision of work experience, apprenticeships, training and supported work opportunities and providing training, development, advice, information and assistance; and2.2.2 the provision of such assistance and support to persons in need to enter self-employment by the establishment of small businesses where there are insufficient alternative methods of relieving their need and where any such business will have reasonable prospects of viability; 2.3 advance the education of persons in need, particularly by providing advice, support and activities to develop their skills, capacities and capabilities to enable them to enter employment or self-employment; and2.4 relieve the poverty and financial hardship of persons in need.
