the only objects for which the charity is established are for the public benefit to:3.1.1 secure the preservation, restoration, improvement, enhancement and maintenance of features of historical and industrial interest including the provision of an electric tramway and narrow gauge heritage trams;3.1.2 advance the education of the general public:(a) in the history, heritage and operation of tramways and narrow gauge heritage trams; and(b) more generally in the native wildlife, flora and fauna of devon and dorset; and3.1.3 advance the arts, culture, heritage and conservation in the area of benefit; and3.1.4 to further such other exclusively charitable objectives as the directors, in their discretion, determine.where the area of benefit means the south west of england.
