Objects:

to protect and preserve the good health of foster carers and the children in their care in kent by the provision of advice, information, services, facilities and support. for the purposes of this clause, the term â€œfoster carerâ€ shall include lawfully registered foster carers, lawfully registered child minders and any other lawfully registered or recognised persons involved in the care of â€œlooked after childrenâ€.
