1.1 to advance the teaching of christian faith for the benefits of the public with prayer meetings, worship, evangelism, lectures, seminars, production and distribution of christian literature for the purpose of enlightening the public. by providing services of worship, religious teachings and facilities or services to allow believers to practice and follow the doctrines of glory & hope ministries international producing or making available literature and bible of the believes of the church.1.2 by promoting religious harmony and activities that foster mutual understanding between people from diverse backgrounds, facilitation of communal spirit and public education. to raise funds and to use receipts for religious charitable and the relief of poverty, hardships and other related difficulties such as would be experienced by members of the church and any identifiable persons of the public and community. to promote and fulfil such other charitable purposes beneficial to the community as the trustees of the church think fit. to assist with the general well being of the aged or sick as the trustees would think fit from time to time. to promote religious , social, gender and cultural harmony within the community and to facilitate christian doctrine with the aim and objectives of the fulfilling the mission of our lord jesus christ.1.3 in the furtherance of the christian faith in accordance to the statement of belies appearing in the schedule thereto in london and in such other parts if the united kingdom and worldwide as the trustees may from time to time think fit. in furtherance of the said objects , but not otherwise the trustees shall have the following powers:the spiritual government and the leadership of the church fellowship for the purpose of which the church has been established shall remain with the spiritual leadership of the church fellowship and to the extent to which the trustees are not synonymous with the church leadership, the powers shall be confined to the proper management and administration of the church in accordance with the provisions of this constitutions and of the said objects and as such shall have the full and proper regard to such spiritual leadership provided always that they shall not act outside their powers as conferred by this article or this constitution and by general law. 1.4 the general powers of the trustees are to purchase , lease , hire, exchange or otherwise acquire land, building , furniture, equipment or any item(s) such as would be relevant for the use of the church subject to such consents as may be required by law to improve, resell , let, sublet or otherwise deal with the same with the funds of the church, to employ or otherwise engage the services of remunerate any person(s), to supervise , organise and carry out work authorised by the trustees to provide accommodation and other facilities for carrying out their work and as employee or staff to make all reasonable and necessary provisions for the payments of pensions to or on behalf of employees and their windows or dependants in accordance with quasi provisions of the church regarding, workers in general. to make donations to any christian worker which is engages in such work or activity which furthers the objects of the church or in assisting either directly or indirectly and to raise funds therefrom.1.5 the trustees shall cooperate and collaborate with other charities having the same or similar objectives as the church and to exchange information. they shall be required to produce , sell, or otherwise distribute literature, audio and visual aids and other media of communication and save where it is a direct means of achieving the objectives of the church. to arrange and provide for or to join arranging and provision of the holding of meetings, lectures, seminars, conferences and training courses for the furtherance of the objectives of the church. to raise funds and invite and receive contribution form any person(s), if form of loans subscriptions and donations provided such persons has legitimately acquired such funds and the trustees shall undertake to ensure such funds are utilized within the objectives of the church. to make regulations for the management of any property that may be acquired by the church and to do all such other lawful things as necessary to advance the objectives of the church.1.6 the church shall generally affiliate itself with the developmental relationships, partnerships and of other organisations to the advancement of the objectives of the church from time to time as such affiliations become necessary. the church may have various arms and department from time to time as and when required such as youth outreach, women's organisation(s) , men's organisation(s) or other arms or department which may be identified as beneficial to the general synod of the church.
