3.1 the objects of the cio are restricted specifically, in each case for the public benefit, to:3.1.1 the relief of muslim women in london who are in need by reason of youth, age, ill-health, disability, financial hardship, social or other disadvantage with the aim of improving their conditions of life; and3.1.2 the advancement of education of muslim women in london in particular but not exclusively by arranging, providing and facilitating recreation and other leisure activities, advice, training sessions and discussion groups, as well as classes in a range of subjects including english as a second or other language, arts and cultural activities.
