the objects of blcg are(a) the advancement of education for the benefit of the public in the district of bostall in the london borough of bexley and the surrounding area by the provision of a community lending library, community hub and associated services.(b) to promote for the benefit of the public in bostall and the surrounding area without distinction of sex, sexual orientation, race or of political, religious or other opinion by associating together the said residents and local authorities, voluntary and other organisations in a common effort to advance education and to provide facilities in the interest of social welfare for recreation and leisure time occupation with the objective of improving the conditions of life for the residents.
