1. to relieve sickness, poor health and old age amongst people living in the area covered by west hertfordshire hospital trust by providing a local broadcasting service for hospitals, residential homes and similar institutions 2. the preservation and protection of good health in particular but not exclusively by the provision of health programs delivered via internet radio to assist patients who are receiving care in the community and recovering at home.
