3.1. the objects of the cio are for the public benefit:3.1.1. to promote community participation in healthy recreation by providing high quality multi-sport opportunities to the inhabitants of oxfordshire and its surrounding areas and by providing (and supporting the provision of) activities that promote physical and mental health;3.1.2. to promote the amateur sport of football in particular but not exclusively by supporting the development of football across oxfordshire with the aim to enable people to get involved in every element of the sport and to improve the quality of the football provision in oxfordshire through investment in grass-root delivery;3.1.3. to advance education in oxfordshire through the delivery of education, training and employment programmes;3.1.4. to promote social inclusion of those excluded from society due to their economic and/or social circumstances with the aim to assist them positively and sustainably engage in, and contribute to, society, regardless of any social, economic or perceptual barriers.
