cio has been established following the death of henry david hicks on 19th december 2014. the object of the cio is to provide relief to bereaved families who have lost a child (aged 25 years or under) by providing help with unexpected expenses such as the cost of a funeral, memorial, counseling for families, members and loss of earnings.
