4. the charity's objects ('objects') are specifically restricted to the following:the provision of relief and assistance to victims of flooding and similar natural catastrophes in cumbria, yorkshire, lancashire, northumberland and dumfries & galloway in particular by:• collecting in and storing donations of replacement household items;• either distributing those household items to victims of flooding or arranging for those items to be collected by victims of flooding;• selling those items to third parties in order to raise funds for the provision of relief and assistance to victims of flooding.
