(1) to advance the educational achievement of pupils up to the age of 18 years who live and study in the london borough of ealing and surrounding areas. (2) to act as a resource for young people up to the age of 18 years living in the london borough of ealing and surrounding areas by providing advice and assistance and organising programmes of physical, educational and other activities as a means of: (a) advancing in life and helping young people by developing their skills, capacities and capabilities to enable them to participate in society as independent, mature and responsible individuals; and(b) advancing education. (3) to advance the education of the general public in the london borough of ealing and surrounding areas, including by provision of adult education classes and by providing a centre for educational advancement and for the development of people’s mental, physical and moral capabilities through leisure time activities in the interests of their social welfare.
