the objects of the cio areto promote good health and wellbeing for the public benefit in particular but not exclusively by:- educating and offering support to those suffering with parkinson’s disease;- raising awareness of the condition;- providing practical information and resources to people with parkinson’s and their families; and - following up on and reporting on the latest research with regard to diagnosis, prevention and treatment (informing the public on the useful results of such research).nothing in this constitution shall authorise an application of the property of the cio for the purposes which are not charitable in accordance with [section 7 of the charities and trustee investment (scotland) act 2005] and [section 2 of the charities act (northern ireland) 2008]
