1. to pay or apply the income of the cio and such parts of the capital thereof as the trustees from time to time think fit to or for such charitable purposes or charitable institutions and in such share and proportions as the trustees in their absolute discretion determine.2. to advance the education of the pupils at schools in the locality of frampton on severn by providing and assisting with the provision of facilities at the schools. 3. for the general public benefit to promote the education, including social and physical training of children under the age of 11 in such ways as the charity think fit, including by facilitating travel in the furtherance of their education.4. relieve the suffering of animals, for the benefit of the public, that are in need of care and attention, by the maintenance of local rescue homes or other facilities for the reception, care and treatment of such animals.5. relieve people who are elderly or disabled residents of our community, by the provision of specially designed or adapted housing and other services or facilities calculated to relieve the needs of such persons or those who care for them. 6. promote community participation in healthy recreation in particular by making grants to local sporting groups to assist with the provision of facilities for the playing of their sport.7. further or benefit the residents of frampton on severn or surrounding villages without distinction of sex, sexual orientation, race, political, religion or other opinion, by supporting through grants the various community centres or village halls that exist.8. advance the education of the public by support for the museum at frampton court and other such bodies that might exist in the surrounding villages.9. bring relief of financial hardship among people living and working in the local communities by making grants of money for providing or paying for items, services or facilities.10. bring relief from financial need and suffering among victims of natural and other kinds of disaster in the form of money for persons, bodies, organisations and/or countries affected including the provision of medical aid.11. bring relief from suffering among people who are affected by illness or disease anywhere in the form of money for persons, bodies or organisations for the provision of medical aid.12. advance in life and help young people through the provision of recreational or leisure time activities provided in the interests of social welfare designed to improve their condition in life.13. promote, by way of grants, for the benefit of the public the conservation, protection and improvement of the physical and natural environment and to advance the education of the public in the conservation, protection and improvement of the physical and natural environment.
