the objects of the cio are:1. to promote social inclusion for the public benefit by working with people who are socially excluded from society or parts of society on the grounds that they are newly-arrived migrants to the uk, with a focus on those from eastern europe, to relieve the needs of such people and assist them to integrate into society, in particular by:a) providing a local network group that encourages and enables members the beneficiaries to participate more effectively with the wider community;b) increasing, or co-ordinating, opportunities for the beneficiaries to engage with service providers, to enable those providers to adapt services to better meet the needs of that community.c) advancing education in subjects such as english language and british history and values2. the advancement of education for the public benefit in particular but not exclusively for children, with a focus on children of immigrants3. the relief of poverty and need overseas by the provision of grants or other financial support for projects overseas.
