the object of the cio is for the public benefit, to advance the education and relieve poverty of persons in wales, and overcoming vulnerability caused through marginalisation, in particular but not exclusively in caerphilly, cardiff, carmarthenshire and newport city by:1. providing learning opportunities, especially children and senior citizens;2. developing the capacity and skills of such persons in ways which lead to them being better able to identify, and help meet their needs and participate more fully in society in particular by providing opportunities for people to learn so that they gain confidence in their own abilities and their ability to influence decisions that affect them;3. establishing a drop-in centre;4. such other charitable ways as the trustees from time to time think fit.
