the objects of the charity are:1 for the benefit of the members of socially and economically disadvantaged communities, the inhabitants of the 'parish of st john's with st andrew's' but also those of greater london, to develop their capacity and skills so that they are better able to identify, and help meet their needs and participate more fully in society;2. to advance the education of younger inhabitants and people who are unemployed or on low incomes of the parish, and also those likewise living in greater london including, without limitation, by developing a bridge between those people and the cultural opportunities offered by the proximity of the south bank and nearby centres of the arts in order to promote learning and develop employability skills;3. to promote for the benefit of the public, the regeneration of buildings belonging to the parish, for faith, community and heritage preservation purposes by all of any of the following means: - the maintenance, improvement or provision of public amenities:- the creation of training and employment opportunities by the provision of workspace, buildings, and / or land for use on favourable terms.4. to advance such charitable purposes (according to the law of england and wales), and in accordance with the ethical principles of the 'parochial church council of st john's with st andrew's', that the trustees see fit from time to time.
