in pursuance of christian principles, the objects of the cio are, for the public benefit:-4.1 the relief of those in need by reason of financial hardship, sickness, distress and such other economic and/or social disadvantage in (but not limited to) liverpool, merseyside by the provision of a food bank, providing practical support for those overcoming substance abuse, supporting asylum seekers, debt and money management advice and such other ways in which the charity trustees may from time to time decide; and4.2 to provide or assist in the provision of facilities in the interests of social welfare for recreation or other leisure time occupation of individuals who have need of such facilities by reason of their youth, age infirmity or disability, financial hardship or social circumstances with the object of improving their conditions of life.
