the objects of the charity are specifically restricted to the following:-a)the provision of housing accommodation for persons resident in the area of benefit who are in financial need; andb)the relief of persons resident in the area of benefit who are:(1)in financial need, hardship or distress; or(2)in financial need and sick, convalescent, disabled or infirm by relieving their suffering or assisting their recovery.for the avoidance of doubt, resident in the area of benefit may at the discretion of the trustees include those who are temporarily resident in the area of benefit and the trustees may in exceptional circumstances exercise their discretion to relieve persons who are not resident in the area of benefit but who do otherwise qualify for relief and are resident in the county of norfolk.
