the objects of the cio are ? to provide all our services for public benefit in our local community to further or benefit the residents of purbeck and other local areas without distinction of sex, gender, sexual orientation, race or political, religious, or other opinion by associating together the said residents in a common effort to advance education and to provide facilities in the interest of social welfare for recreational and leisure time occupation with the objectives of improving the conditions of life for the residents, in furtherance of these objects the trustees shall have power ? to continue to provide a location for the wareham youth club and local supported youth clubs, and other community users to promote social inclusion by preventing people from becoming socially excluded. ? to provide education, activities and fun, support and advisory services to young people in a safe location that promotes their safety, wellbeing and participation in their local community that they may grow to full maturity as individuals and members of society for the benefit of this community,? to promote the use of the location such that it is used as a community centre to its maximum potential in partnership with others
