1. to act as a resource for young people aged 11-18 years old living in london borough council areas by providing advice and assistance and organising programmes of physical, educational and other activities in particular anti-crime awareness assemblies within schools and summer camp workshops as a means of:(a) advancing in life and helping young people by developing their skills, capacities and capabilities to enable them to participate in society as independent, mature and responsible individuals; and(b) advancing education.2. to relieve the mental and physical sickness of families of victims of murder or manslaughter who are suffering from bereavement or loss by the provision of advice and counselling services.
