objectsto promote good health and wellbeing for the public by ensuring that children and young people (cyp) in all areas of healthcare are helped and supported in managing and understanding their illness and are facilitated in taking charge of their own healthcare in particular through the use of harvey’s gang tours and services.to help relief sickness and assist in the treatment and care of cyp suffering from mental or physical illness of any description or in need of rehabilitation, by the provision of any devices or services that may relief symptoms of their illness.nothing in this constitution shall authorise an application of the property of the cio for the purposes which are not charitable in accordance with [section 7 of the charities and trustee investment (scotland) act 2005] and [section 2 of the charities act (northern ireland) 2008]
